Amy Hagen

I am a sedimentary geochemist interested in understanding the co-evolution of Earth’s past environmental conditions and the biosphere. My work has used geochemical, paleontological, and sedimentological techniques to reconstruct environments ranging from Cambrian to Pleistocene. Currently, I am working with Lidya Tarhan to explore changes to the Earth’s carbonate factory across the end-Triassic mass extinction using stable strontium isotopes.
