In late June 2013, Daniel Field, G&G PhD Student, participated in the annual Intensive Workshop in Analytical Paleobiology, at Macquarie University in Sydney. He took a couple of weeks to explore eastern Australia and its incredible fauna, recording nearly 350 bird species as well as many amazing marsupials and monotremes.
