The Geochemical Society is the largest and most influential geochemical organization globally, and the Clarke is their premier award for an early-career geochemist. From the Society’s website, the award is given for “…a single outstanding contribution to geochemistry or cosmochemistry, published either as a single paper or a series of papers on a single topic.” .
